Account Support

You can update the email address that you use to login or change your password for our site at:

Account Settings >> Login Information

Be sure to hit the SAVE CHANGES button when you’re done.

This will not change the email address where you receive emails related to billing or receipts. To change where you receive emails related to billing, go to:

Orders & Payments >> Addresses >> BILLING ADDRESS >> Edit

To update your credit card information please go to:

Orders & Payments >> Payment Method.

The answer to this question and other questions related to online training and subscription accounts are covered on our Member’s Support page inside your Member Dashboard on the bottom of the sidebar where it says: Help, please!

But, in short, you’ll find your subscription settings and options to pause, hold, cancel, or disable automatic renewals at Orders & Payments >> Subscriptions

To change where you receive emails related to billing (such as failed payment notices), go to:

Orders & Payments >> Addresses >> BILLING ADDRESS >> Edit

Make sure to hit the yellow Save Address button after making your changes.

On the same page you can also edit your saved shipping address, although if you place an order and give a different shipping address, the address given with your order will take precedent over your saved data.

Shop Support

If you are a To-Shin Do Online member (or have ever been a member) then you can login to your Account and view the Member’s Help page to submit a Shop or Order Support ticket.

We’re sorry that you aren’t able to purchase from To-Shin Do Online at this time. If you’d like to request that we contact you if we’re able to support your location in the future, please feel free to email: [email protected]

Additionally, if you initiated attempted to purchase and got the message that your location is not currently supported, then you were given the option to be notified when and if we are able to sell to your region in the future.

The landscape of laws governing international digital and physical product sales is complex and changes rapidly. It is our intent to be able to serve as many locations as possible.

Please visit our Shop Policies page for details on refunds and exchanges.

Most of our physical products are “print on demand” meaning they are produced to order, so exchanges due to ordering the incorrect size or style are not feasible.

If you receive a defective or erroneous product, please email us directly for support. We will request photos.

Do not attempt to contact our printer directly—requests for re-prints of defective products must go through us.

Digital downloads are non-refundable.

Online membership subscriptions are non-refundable, but can be cancelled at anytime from your member dashboard.

When reporting a slow load, please confirm your internet speed by searching “speed test” with a search engine of your choosing and letting us know the results of your test when you submit your ticket.
