Marrese Ryutoshi Crump will teach the principles of Ninja Flow — combining mindset, movement, philosophy, life skills, weapons concepts, strategy, awareness, and more. This gathering is designed to help you move with greater balance, focus, adaptability, and presence in everyday life.
REQUIREMENTS: Open to all experience levels and all martial arts styles. Ages 18+ for in-person training. Youth may attend on Zoom with a supervising parent/guardian.

An intimate seminar exclusively for To-Shin Do® black belts with An-shu Stephen & Rumiko Hayes in their beautiful home dojo and surrounding woods. During our April event, we’ll be exploring Shinden Fudo Ryu, cutting-edge To-Shin Do®, and mind-focusing meditation.
REQUIREMENTS: Ages 18+. To-Shin Do® practitioners ranked Green Belt or higher or Takamatsu-den with minimum 4+ years experience.
