To-Shin Do Online is the official online school for the To-Shin Do martial arts community. Whether you’re new to martial arts, experienced (but new to To-Shin Do), or currently train at a To-Shin Do school—we’re ready to meet you where you are and provide knowledge, experience, coaching, and community connections to support your unique journey in this art.

Our online school, like our art, is comprehensive. You can progress through our core self-defense curriculum or explore numerous side trails: weapon skills, historical kata, meditation and spirit training, functional fitness, and more!
